- Kent Development Group continues installation of the cement fiber panels; the exterior cladding for the future Real Art Design Studio. Interior wise, drywall is being finished within the eastern most design studio and the middle lunch room. Within the residential tower to the west, we are finishing up the rough mechanicals then hanging of drywall shortly afterwards. We are proposing to turn the building over to Real Art, mid April and look forward to catching a few Dayton Dragon ball games from one of the two party decks.
