Atop the Kettering Tower at the Dayton Racquet Club, Kent Development Group, renovated the men’s locker room. Improvements include replacing the locker doors to a rich maple inlay door. Granite counter tops were also installed complementing the berber carpet.

Kent Development Group’s renovation of this owner’s bathroom includes: soaking tub surrounded with a custom ceramic tiled deck. Adjacent to tub, is the walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. Through the bathroom is access to the owner’s walk-in closet. Maple cabinets and granite counter tops were also installed.

For this Oakwood residence, Kent Development Group, renovated the full second floor bathroom. New ceramic tile wainscot with glass accent and shower surround were installed along with a 12″ square floor tiles. New vanity, water closet, lights exhaust fan and mirror were also installed.
For this newlywed couple, Kent Development Group, installed a new kitchen within their 1920’s brick Georgian home. Granite counter tops accent the rich two toned maple cabinets. Stainless steel appliances include: commercial stove, ice maker and french door refrigerator. Ample casual seating is within the center island.

Kent Development Group proudly announces the hiring of Debra Wilhelm as our new Accountant/Office Manager. Debra brings numerous years of construction accounting and managerial experience to the Kent Development team. In addition Ms. Wilhelm is a graduate from Wright State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and eligible to take the CPA exam. Debra will be managing all aspects of daily accounting and overseeing the day to day operations of the office. We welcome her to KDG.
Construction is complete for the facade improvements to the Washington Township Recreation Center. We started by removing the original, diagonal cedar siding and updating the front elevation to a more contemporary look. Stucco stone was added to the lower portions, standing seam metal roof was added to the overhang and Hardi lap siding was installed to the upper sections.

Starting on August 10th, the ARC (Architectural Reuse Company) will be deconstructing the two story, four unit stone apartment building located at 121 Salem Avenue. Our deconstruction efforts will include the removal by hand the stone veneer, slate roofing, historical interior trim including oak mantels and doors. Our goal is to pre-sale all the materials on site (available end of August).


Real Art Design Group
In June, 2009 Kent Development Group completed the construction of the 17,800 square foot building for the Real Art Design Group. Their new spaces consist of a large open design studio (addition over the existing CMU building, a new center lunch room area and a new three story residential tower to the west (towards Brixx). The exterior is clad with cement fiber panels, cor-ten steel and stucco. Interior cladding consists of bamboo paneling, MDF paneling and exposed framing.
